HAVE YOU BEEN INDUCTED?
All new personnel must first report to their relevant employer/contractor to read, understand and sign their respective Method Statement and Risk Assessment. Only then are you able to receive compulsory health & safety induction training, which is daily at 8am. At no time are any persons allowed to enter any part of the site without having the compulsory health & safety induction.
Toolbox Talks are to be carried out weekly. Please visit the site office for templates and forms. You must ensure that all operatives fully understand the topic before signing the register. The completed register must be issued to Site Management immediately following the Toolbox Talk.

APPRENTICES & WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION
Do you know any young people looking to start a career in construction? We want to encourage young people and women into the construction industry.
Did you know that despite comprising over 50% of the UK population, women still make up only 11% of the construction workforce; this number drops to just 1% of operatives on site.
